Simple pricing with clear service units

This page outlines standard service fees for package forwarding, FBA prep, and fulfillment. Prices are shown as “from” rates because the final cost depends on shipment size, item handling requirements, materials used, and the selected shipping method. If you have a large catalog or high monthly volume, we can provide custom pricing based on your workflow.
  • Transparent per-unit pricing: per package, unit, carton, or order
  • “From” rates with notes on what affects final cost
  • Optional add-ons: protection, insurance, inspection, and special handling
  • Custom pricing available for high-volume Amazon sellers

Rates & Fees FAQ
FAQ

Rates & fees questions

  • Why are prices listed as “from” rates?
Because final cost depends on handling complexity, materials used, carton count, shipment size, and any special requirements. Standard rates cover typical cases; custom quotes cover your exact workflow.
  • Are shipping carrier charges included in service fees?
No. Carrier shipping cost is separate and depends on destination, weight, dimensions, declared value, and service speed. Service fees cover handling, prep, storage, and fulfillment labor.
  • When does storage become paid?
A free storage period may apply depending on your plan and inbound volume. After the free period, storage is charged by day or by month based on how long inventory remains in storage.
  • Can I get discounted pricing for higher monthly volume?
Yes. High-volume sellers often qualify for lower per-unit rates. We can structure pricing around your typical inbound shipments, SKU mix, and monthly order volume.
  • What information do you need to create an accurate quote?
Typically: SKU count, average units per month, inbound shipment type (SPD vs LTL), prep steps required, average order volume (FBM or multi-channel), and preferred shipping destinations and speeds.
