FAQ
Package Forwarding - getting started & shipping
Do I get a real U.S. address for shopping?
Yes. After signup you receive a personal U.S. address with a suite ID. Use it at checkout in U.S. stores,
and your orders will arrive at our warehouse for check-in and processing.
Can I use my U.S. address with any online store?
In most cases, yes. Some retailers may restrict orders to certain payment methods or regions. If a store requires a U.S.
billing address, you may need to use an accepted payment option.
How do I know my package arrived?
Once a package is received, we check it in and update its status. You can then choose next steps such as storage,
consolidation, repacking, insurance, or creating an international shipment.
Do you open packages during check-in?
Standard check-in typically confirms receipt and basic package details. If you need content verification, inspection, or
photos, you can request it as an additional handling step (where available for your service level).
Can I combine purchases from different stores into one shipment?
Yes. That’s the purpose of consolidation. You can wait for multiple packages to arrive, then consolidate them into one outgoing
shipment to reduce total shipping cost.
Do you ship internationally to my country?
In most cases, yes. Shipping availability depends on destination, item type, and carrier restrictions.
Final shipping cost is determined by weight, dimensions, declared value, and service speed.
What affects the shipping price the most?
The main drivers are actual weight, dimensional weight (box size), destination, and speed.
Consolidation and repacking often reduce costs by removing extra boxes and empty space.
Do you help with customs forms and declared value?
We can support the shipping workflow, but you’re responsible for providing accurate shipment details and declared value.
Declared value impacts customs and (if selected) insurance calculations.
Can you ship multiple boxes instead of one consolidated box?
Yes. If consolidation is not optimal (for example, size limits or item safety), we can ship as multiple parcels.
The best option depends on destination pricing rules and dimensions.
Do you offer mail forwarding for letters and documents?
Yes. Mail forwarding covers letters and documents received at your U.S. address. Pricing is typically per envelope,
and forwarding options depend on destination.
FAQ
Consolidation, repacking & storage
What is package consolidation and when should I use it?
Consolidation combines multiple incoming packages into one outgoing shipment. It’s helpful when you order from
several stores and want to reduce total shipping cost by shipping everything together.
Does consolidation always make shipping cheaper?
Not always. It’s usually cheaper, but if a consolidated box becomes too large, dimensional weight can increase cost.
We typically recommend consolidation when it reduces total volume and avoids shipping multiple oversized cartons.
Can you remove extra retail packaging to reduce size?
Yes, in many cases. Removing unnecessary outer packaging can reduce volume and shipping cost, but we keep product protection
in mind and avoid changes that increase damage risk.
Can you repack items for better protection or smaller box size?
Yes. Repacking can add protective materials for fragile items and can also reduce dimensional weight by choosing a better
box size. Materials (poly bags, bubble wrap, cartons) may add cost depending on usage.
Can you consolidate and then split into two shipments?
Yes. Some customers prefer splitting shipments to manage customs limits, delivery timing, or package size.
This can be planned during shipment creation.
Do you offer storage and how is it billed?
Yes. Storage can be short-term (often with a free period) or long-term. Billing depends on time and storage unit.
Check the Rates & Fees page for current storage pricing.
How long can you store my packages?
You can store packages short-term while waiting for other deliveries, or longer if you plan to ship later.
Long-term storage rates apply after any free storage period.
Can you process returns to U.S. stores?
Yes. We can help with returns processing based on your instructions - for example, return-to-retailer, reship to a different
address, consolidate for later shipping, or route items to storage.
Can you discard invoices or remove retailer tags?
We can remove unnecessary paperwork and packaging inserts as part of repacking or consolidation (when requested).
Some items should keep original inserts for warranty/returns - we follow your preference.
Do you offer special handling instructions?
Yes. If you need extra protection, double boxing, fragile handling, or specific packing instructions, we can follow them
where feasible. Costs depend on labor and materials.
FAQ
Insurance, declared value & shipment safety
Should I add shipping insurance?
Insurance is recommended for higher-value shipments. It adds protection if a package is lost or damaged during transit,
subject to carrier coverage rules and claim requirements.
How is insurance priced?
Insurance is commonly calculated as a percentage of declared value (for example, 2% of value) and may have a minimum fee.
See the Rates & Fees page for your current insurance terms.
What is “declared value” and why does it matter?
Declared value is the shipment value used for customs and (if selected) insurance calculations. It can impact taxes, duties,
and insurance price. Always declare accurately to avoid customs issues.
Do you recommend protective packaging for fragile items?
Yes. For fragile goods, we recommend repacking with protective materials (bubble wrap, fillers, stronger cartons) and insurance
where available. Protective packaging is billed based on materials used and labor.
What happens if my package arrives damaged to your warehouse?
If external damage is visible at arrival, we can document it during check-in and recommend repacking or additional protection
before forwarding. For retailer claims, procedures depend on the store’s policy.
Do shipping carriers’ charges include your service fees?
No. Service fees cover receiving and handling. Carrier shipping charges are separate and depend on destination, weight,
dimensions, declared value, and selected speed.
Do you ship prohibited or restricted items?
We cannot ship items restricted by carriers, customs, or local laws. Restrictions vary by destination and service.
If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can you remove lithium batteries or handle special items?
Special items (like batteries) have carrier and destination restrictions. We can advise on available shipping options
but cannot modify products in ways that violate safety rules.
How do you reduce the risk of shipping damage?
We reduce risk with appropriate carton selection, protective materials when required, and repacking where it improves safety.
For higher-value items, insurance is recommended.
Do you provide tracking for international shipments?
Yes. International shipments include tracking through the carrier, and your shipment status can be monitored as it moves through
dispatch and delivery stages.
FAQ
FBA Prep Services - labeling, kitting, and compliance
What FBA prep services do you offer?
Core services include FNSKU labeling, poly bagging & protection, bundling & kitting, and palletizing / freight prep.
We prepare inventory so it’s ready for inbound shipping and warehouse receiving.
Can you label products with FNSKU labels?
Yes. We print and apply FNSKU labels per unit when required. Correct label placement and barcode coverage help reduce
inbound issues and scanning errors.
Do you do poly bagging and protection for fragile items?
Yes. We can polybag items where needed and add protective packaging (bubble wrap, cartons) to reduce damage risk.
Materials are billed based on usage.
Can you assemble bundles and kits for multi-unit sets?
Yes. We assemble sets, secure items as needed, and label the finished bundle so it can be sold as one unit.
Pricing is usually per set and depends on complexity.
Do you inspect products before FBA prep?
Product inspection is available as an additional service. A basic inspection checks visible condition and counts; deeper
inspection depends on product category and your requirements.
Can you prep cartons for Amazon inbound shipments?
Yes. We can set up cartons, pack units, and apply carton labels. Correct carton setup helps reduce inbound issues and
improves receiving consistency.
Do you prep pallets and freight shipments?
Yes. We can build pallets, wrap and label them, and prepare shipments for freight pickup. This is commonly used for larger
replenishments to fulfillment centers.
Can you work with my Amazon shipment plan?
Yes. If you provide shipment requirements (labels, carton counts, prep type), we align the prep to your plan and prepare the
inbound shipment accordingly.
How is FBA prep pricing calculated?
Most prep tasks are billed per unit (labeling, polybagging) or per set (kitting/bundling). More complex prep and extra
protective materials may affect the final cost. See Rates & Fees for base pricing.
Do you handle returns or removals for Amazon sellers?
Yes, we can receive returns/removals, inspect where requested, and route inventory based on your instruction (restock,
repack, store, or ship out).
FAQ
FBA Fulfillment - storage, orders, and replenishment
What’s included in inventory storage?
We receive and store your inventory and keep it ready for orders or replenishment shipments. Storage is billed based on the
storage unit (e.g., pallet/carton) and time. See Rates & Fees for details.
Do you handle FBM order fulfillment?
Yes. We pick, pack, and ship orders (handling fee applies; shipping label costs are separate). This works for Amazon FBM and
also supports other channels.
What is pick & pack pricing based on?
Pricing is commonly per order and may depend on number of units, packing materials, and special handling. Base pick & pack
and fulfillment rates are listed on the Rates & Fees page.
Do you handle returns management?
Yes. Returns can be received, inspected (if requested), and routed based on your rules: restock, rework, store, dispose, or
ship out. Returns management is typically billed per return.
Can you ship B2B orders or wholesale cartons?
Yes, B2B and wholesale shipping is possible depending on packaging requirements and carrier selection. Share your packing and
labeling rules, and we’ll follow them where feasible.
What is multi-channel fulfillment?
Multi-channel fulfillment means we ship orders from different platforms (for example Shopify, eBay, Walmart, or B2B).
The pick & pack process is similar - the difference is the order source and shipping rules.
Can you send inventory to Amazon warehouses?
Yes. We can prepare and dispatch replenishment shipments to Amazon warehouses - including carton setup and labeling, and freight
prep when needed. Carrier charges are separate from service fees.
Do you support replenishment planning and shipment frequency?
Yes. Many sellers use controlled replenishment: store inventory with us and ship to Amazon on a schedule or when stock reaches
a threshold. This helps avoid overstocking and reduces storage pressure.
Can you fulfill the same SKU for Amazon and other channels?
Yes. You can keep inventory in storage and route orders to different channels. The key is consistent SKU labeling and clear
picking rules so the correct unit ships every time.
How do you handle shipping labels for outbound orders?
Outbound orders require a shipping label. Depending on your workflow, labels can be provided by you or generated through your
shipping setup. Label cost is separate from fulfillment handling fees.
